OK so I got an answer on this. The thing where it gives away a locked one if you have duplicates in your inventory, this is not an easily fixable thing (which is as I thought). So if you have duplicates, it is easier to vault them. But they said they should be able to stop single ones from showing (like if you ONLY have the locked one) and hope to fix that sometime today (or maybe tomorrow whenever that certain programmer is able to). I will update the board once that happens!

Yes, I did already let them know that it is not just with duplicates. The 0 coins thing is part of the weird 10:38 glitch that they are looking into and they are aware of it. But your coins are safe!

It sounds like they never got to fixing the individual flowers either, then? I'll look into this now, do you happen to know if the problem is still as OP described?

Just deployed a fix. This fix should ensure the following:

  • Locked flowers will not show up on the Give Flowers page.
  • If you have a locked copy and unlocked copy of the same flower, only the unlocked will show on that page.
  • When giving a flower, it will always take the unlocked copy if you have both locked/unlocked copies.
  • It will never give a locked flower. It'll give an error if you try to give a flower you have only have locked copies of.

Please allow up to 20 minutes for the deployment to finish. (ETA: by 10:00 pm the fix should be fully live)

[edit] Fix is now live and confirmed :)
