As stated by others, I'd prefer if this was optional. I usually just chuck whatever is taking up space into my shop when my inventory is full so it's not really a big deal to me to know exactly what item is what usually.

I like the cleanness of just having the item names, and I certainly don't want to wait even another 1-2 seconds for item images to load for quick stocking. I always open my inventory before I quick stock though, to get a quick idea of what's going where as it's often split between vaulting and shop stocking with the occasional should-be-in-trades item. I don't think it's a good idea to tamper with the quick ease and usability of the current quick stock.
