Not able to use mouse wheel to scroll on pages

Hello, I am noticing I am not able to use the mouse wheel to scroll on some pages. This seems to happen randomly to me, mostly on forum pages and site shop pages. I have only found that this happens on subeta, with me being able to sometimes scroll and other times not. I am using Chrome as a browser if that helps at all.

this is also happening to me on chrome. right now i can scroll on this subeta page, but not the other one i have open. closing the tab and reopening a new one seems to work, but then it randomly will stop working sometimes. very weird
This has definitely been frustrating. Sometimes it does not happen and others it happens to pages after a few page changes throughout the site. I end up needing to open another tab and closing the previous for the wheel to work again.
Also using chrome. I have used two separate computers on Chrome and it ended up happening on both.
Not sure if this is a Subeta issue or not since I also have this issue with some other sites. Style-File also gave me this problem, for example. Also, using Chrome

This happened to me a few days ago, also on Chrome. I restarted my computer and it went away, but since others are having the issues, I realize it wasn't my computer! I don't have this issue on any other site, just this one.
Oh thank god someone else brought it up I thought my mouse was broken or I was going mad x.x
It's been happening for me today on random pages. I'm using Chrome.

I thought it was my mouse being weird but realize it never happens when I game and only in browser. I'll have to pay more attention to see if it happens outside of subeta. I'm guessing nothing subeta can do if it's a chrome issue.
I'm glad that I don't need a new mouse though.

It happens to me sometimes too when using Chrome, but it's not just on Subeta it's other websites as well. It also seems to fix itself if I re-open the tab like others have described.
I think this is a browser issue or something and not a Subeta issue.
Is anyone still encountering this issue?
