Welcome to Subeta! Quests can be found in their map locations, one easy way you can always get to is your by clicking on your sP count on the sidebar, that will take you to your currencies. Under Quest Points, there is a link that takes you to Pete's quests, and you can access all quests from there, OR you can also add the Quest widget to the sidebar (Personal > Dashboard > Widgets > Quests (add))
