If you had old achievements that are not showing, file a ticket and a UA should be able to fix that for you :) There used to be a link that carried over the old achievements automatically for you but I believe the link no longer works so a ticket is the way to go.

Make sure you check out Personal > Dashboard to collect any unclaimed loyalty boxes in case you haven't done so already!
