I just got a from the DC and I noticed there's a "Use Item" option. But when I try to use it, I get this message: "Oh No! There are no items that item can give! Please report this to an admin". Not sure if I should file a ticket, because it says not to do that for bug reports.

This should work now! and I have been changing a lot of r150 items to their proper rarities, which breaks a few items (like this) that have a use that gives out a specific item.
