I've written two different emails in the past 3 weeks but for some reason I feel as if I am missing content for it I guess mostly because I am lost to the sensation of newness and I need adobe photoshop back.
My email is [email protected] if anyone wishes to receive an email- let me know. ^_^

I only did a pet story? That's nice I think ;A; Must start writing again more. 0-e
They/ThemI got 4 blurbs done on Father's Day, which made me happy. I then did another blurb yesterday because I had an idea I wanted written down. I really miss writing and these little 1-2 page blurbs help me so much.
I finally self-published my first book! These last two days I've been figuring out how to make my ebook into a physical book (the text for the physical copy ended up super butchered in the preview so I'm reformatting the entire thing ;-; ). I was excited to publish the ebook, but I can't wait to feel the physical book in my hands!
Currently participating in Camp Nano for July. So far I got down a few thousand words--just hope I can keep up my progress >-< I have a nasty habit of losing steam halfway through...
That's so cool! Congrats on publication :)

Thank you! I'm still pretty excited about it. I'm from a small place (about 2.5k population) and people have been approaching me about it. It's a nice feeling, haha.
When I find myself losing steam, I keep myself going by setting a timer. Sometimes it's for a half hour, sometimes it's for four or more hours, but I always shut everything down while it's running. Skype, youtube, my email, anything that I might find distracting gets closed. During that time I just write. It can be difficult to get started, but when I glance at the time and think 'well, just x more minutes and I can do what I want,' it makes things so much easier.
I find it easier to plow through that time earlier in the day, when possible. That way I still feel like I have lots of free time to myself. If I put it off or drag it out over the day, I tend to feel like I don't have any free time (which is a huge mood/muse killer for me). Work can make that difficult, but I try to adhere to that on my days off.
Best of luck! c:
Oh wow that is amazing, congrats so much!
Did not do any new writing in a week... I feel the weight of the writer's block crushing down on me again.
Thanks for the tips (:

I've been working on my Fire Emblem Fates fanfiction. I filled an entire notebook with pretty disjointed plot, but now that I'm typing it, I'm working out all the kinks. I'm going through to pick and choose what parts I still want. As for the pairing, it's an OC x Xander fic! <3 Xander
But I also love Kaze x F!Corrin
I really want someone to take a look at it to help me make changes.
Thank you!
And you know what they say. You can’t wait for inspiration, you have to go after it with a club. Like it owes you money. And kidnapped your sibling. And stole your coffee. ;D
Birthrights was the first FE games I ever played (after which I immediately got Conquest and Revelations). Xander was one of my faves (loved his voice ;-; ) but I always ended up having to decide between Shura, Saizo, and Niles. Idk why but apparently I like older (and kinda rough looking) dudes, haha.
I'm no expert in the series, but if you want some help feel free to pm me and I'll do what I can. c:
Hmm, does translating count as writing here? The author and I are in the final stages of editing the fourth book of a series that I'm translating from French to English for him... So that's exciting. It'll probably be put online within the next two weeks. :D

Wrote another 2 page blurb last night. My goal is to get to at least 13 different writing pieces before I settle in and type everything up.
I am the kind of person who loves writing by hand before I take the pieces to the computer to edit and fix all my dumb little mistakes. Mostly I write by hand to get the idea fully or partially down so I don't lose it.
Mmm I hope I can reach my little personal goal. I am semi thinking positively. That and trying to stomp away the writer's block and motivation eater.
I also really enjoy doing notes by hand. Sure it means I have 500 papers laying on my desk all the time, but there's method to the madness... Probably.
I've been contemplating starting a writing blog as of late. I've been writing down potential topics, starting pieces, that sort of schtick. Nonfic is pretty easy to write, even when I feel like my muse is low, so I can at least be a little productive even when I can't work on a story.
not been writing as much as i had been (thanks, depression) - but writing the odd bit of dialogue excerpt feels like an achievement. also been fleshing out my characters' charahub profiles if that counts for anything.
Got some new writing skills e-books to look at so I've been making notes on them and working on my story building templates. One book in particular has cleared up some confusion I had about how to choose and represent my protagonist's story goal. (Creating Character Arcs by K.M. Weiland... This article on her blog site gives a general idea if you are interested: here) Not quite understanding how everything should tie together kept leading me to what felt like a dead end after a few chapters, at least in the story I've been trying to work on these past few months... Basically, I was starting too far into the protagonist's arc... Instead of starting with the Thing They Want, I was just giving an intro then diving right into the Thing They Need, so it wasn't taking very long to reach a potential resolution for the conflict... Despite my efforts to draw it out.
After I update my templates to reflect this new insight, I'll be working on my story. I'm excited to get started so I'll probably start making notes soon even if I'm not done with the current task I have set for myself. LOL
