The fact the bathhouse gives out CSC is one of the reasons we haven't added a widget etc for the bathhouse. We want you to remember to go to these things, we're not going to make it easy on you.

We are very unlikely to add another way to get CSC outside of the bathhouse or purchasing it with real money. Like others have pointed out, it's not too difficult to earn sP and buy CSC cards from user shops.
