Update Blue Building Requirements (Pet Rating)

So this is really simple and I swear it's been suggested before but a cursory google search gave me nothing so here goes.
Get rid of the pet rating BB requirement and update it to "Train your pet to Tier 2"
Pet rating is a concept that literally only exists in the Blue Building and it's so outdated it doesn't even include speed. It's vague, and I see a lot of newbies asking about it. Changing it to T2 and updating the wording gives new players direction on what's actually needed.
I support this idea. Training a pet to Tier 2 makes a lot more sense.

I've seen folks asking about this, I think it's a good idea.
I went into the code to see about updating this and it does actually include Speed! It takes strength, defense, health, level, and speed atm.
I'm more than happy to link the training center with text like "Train your pet to have at least 100 total in the following stats" or something.
maybe "Train your pet to have at least 100 combined in the following stats"
makes it clearer it's 100 together instead of 100 in each one :)
Oh yeah, the text I posted wasn't final of what I was going to use, mostly just to show it'd be hi train your pet's stats to get to 100 total, tehse are what you can do (so it has plenty of info).
And apart of that, the BB quest page should be updated, too! If the other quests have been revamped, why not this one?
I've already posted elsewhere about it, but it's def something I want to do in the future but it's not a quick fix like updating the stat requirement or some of the other changes I've been doing. I have on my list of "things to do" to eventually move blue building quests on the same system and move the shop to be like other special shops. :)

Also, that's interesting about the speed thing. I coulda sworn I read in an FAQ somewhere that it still didn't include speed, but now I can't find it.
Okay, updated this!
It should say Train one pet to have at least 100 combined in the following stats: Strength, Defense, Health, and Speed now. I took level out of the equation because no one cares about level.
