edit: I will be judging art very strongly on the grasp of anatomy shown, and the ability to convey facial expression well. These are very, very important to me.

I've spent a bunch of time off-site, in a sort of toxic art environment, so sorry if this seems a bit long-winded but I'd like to put this out there ahead of time; If you allow me to purchase a commission from you, you are allowing me to use it off site. You also agree that you will be working with me during the commission progress. I'd like updates along the way, preference in these stages; sketching, lining, flat colour and full/finished colour stage(s) (depending on what kind of com we work out). If you are worried about being ripped off, we can work on installment payments through the varying stages of the commission before the com starts, otherwise I will send the full payment after receiving the finished piece (w/watermark, w/o after the payment is received ofc).

I'm looking for a variety of styles, but I do not want chibis and am looking for higher quality art.

Hello! I'd be interested in drawing your characters. I can work with written descriptions, but I'd like accompanying images if possible (such as, a particular style of dress, shirt, etc. if wording may be difficult).

A fully colored piece will look like like the first three examples starting from the top left; however, I've listed other full body examples as I have not done a full body recently in this particular style yet. If you'd like more examples, I can either link my tumblr or deviantart for you.

Payment is as follows:

• Full Body Humanoid: 20 USD
• Half Body Humanoid: 10 USD

My sP conversion is 10 mil = 100 CSC. I can do a 50/50 USD and CSC or sP mix.

For my process, I usually send work-in-progresses of sketches, lines, and the full color. I generally don't provide flats as I feel it doesn't accurately portray the final image since hue/saturation will change.

Other information:

• All final images come with a transparent background and without my signature/watermark.
• All major changes (such as pose changes, outfit changes, etc.) should be restricted to the sketch stage. Minor adjustments can be made in the line stage (such as closing a hand, changing the expression, etc).

It's okay if they're not your preferred styles ^^ A few notes if they were:

• I'm more comfortable drawing human characters. I can do quad and anthro, but my inspirations and skills are more limited in those respects.
• I don't have much time to draw frequently, unfortunately, so I might be slow. I also rely a lot on inspiration. I tend to work quickly within a span of a day or three at most, even on complex pieces, when inspired, but it may take me weeks or months if inspiration doesn't strike. I know this is not ideal and reliable for someone taking a commission, but I think it'd be fair to let you know in advance. I may have more free time during the summer break, because my real life project will have probably ended by then, if you'd find my style suitable for your characters.
• Right now I'm into mimicking water-painting effects (more examples of background art can be found on my pet's profile. I can do cell-shading, but shading with air-brushes is not my forte.

I would be incredibly interested to see Sloan in those styles; I would also be interested in, perhaps, seeing N. For something perhaps a little less out there, I also have Marie.

I am alright with art taking a while to be finished; Ive been waiting on a fullbody piece from a friend since something like August of last year; I get frequent updates, and so if you are willing to do the same; that works for me. You will not, however, receive payment of any kind unless milestones are met, so as long as youre okay with that, I am.

If you commission me, you of course are allowed to use the image however and wherever you wish. I only ask for the payment, the credit of creating the piece, and that you don't try to merchandise my artwork (I've seriously had this happen to me before LOL).

Thanks a bunch! All of your characters are very interesting and I'd enjoy taking a crack at them! The only one that would possibly be a tiny bit more in price would be Marie, with the sort of environment/perspective you're requesting ($35). But yeah $30 for fullbody/flat colors is just peachy!

Full illustrations range from $50 - $100 depending on complexity. Comic pages vary a lot (number of panels, style, content) so I'd have to get some idea of what you're hoping for before I can give you an estimate! But to give you an idea: a multi-paneled, clean line art, black and white comic page would be $50 per page. But sometimes comics can be really sketchy and simple and only three panels and that would obviously be cheaper. It's different for every person!

edit: If you provide an example of a comic strip or page that you admire I can gauge how much I'd charge for something similar.

Yes, you can have some freedom with the pose. Sloan is not typically a hyper feminine nor gentle character, though she can act like a lady. Her personality is more on the sly/violent side. Her origin is a little violent, so are aspects about her. Here is some info I pulled from a profile for her;

Sloan is a semi-futuristic character in a world that is similar to the TV series Firefly; although there are odd, alien creatures there. + pretty high fantasy magic. She is a bit of a bounty hunter, traveling with space crews to carry out missions and generally lives her life with a lot of chaos. She's a very driven character, in a lot of ways.

For a full illustration, those prices are a lot better than I was imagining when you mentioned steep. I have a few ideas in mind, but they partially rely on a character(s) that are not mine alone, so I will need to poke my rp partner and see how she feels about it. Same goes for comic pages, but I do have an idea in mind. <3 When I get my tablet back in working order, I might do a scribbly draw of a comic idea I might like you to work on, and you can give me an estimate from that request?

I might actually be interested in getting a few pieces like this from your website, actually. I really enjoy this particular piece/how the shading and etc looks in this sketchy style. I can't think of anyone from my toyhou.se that I'd like to pull as a request right now, but here are two characters/bunches of avatars of characters that I would be interested in seeing you attempt?

There is a reference image here that shows skin, but not genitalia. Nothing you couldn't see on a Subby avatar base.

Betula

This OC belongs to a friend of mine; think the build and grace of a dancer (this one, specifically, uses sand-manipulating magic to enhance her performances). She likes elaborate, fine things and rigorously takes care of her appearance. Very hyper, happy, fun-loving. A really positive character. Pale skin, long pale hair, a long white scaled tale. Reptilian in nature, not a specific kind of reptile.

I would be okay with anything of either of them, but if you could manage a full body of both + them interacting, that would be really nice. Caliope likes to have her hair brushed/brush Betula's hair, Caliope often fights others over them being rude/mean to Betula (even for small instances). Literally 'I will cut you', so something along the lines of possessive (out of the need to protect) nature/protecting Betula might be interesting?
