Agreed, if tagging isn't feasible, I'd love more layers. With a full wardrobe, it gets to be very time-consuming to look through everything. That's one of the major reasons why I basically just wear variations on the same outfit these days. No time to get creative. The old color-matching system was helpful for that, too, but rambling aside... I am very much for additional layers.

I'd go for anything that makes it easier to go through all that. I've trying to do more with my HA that I usually do but then give up because I don't remember which items does eyes or mouths or whatever. :D

God, yes, some kind of tagging system, please. There are so many items with non-indicative names that are impossible to find when searching for certain types of items (like eyes/noses/mouths but also regular clothing items. For instance, the Stitch Kits from this past Masquerade, which don't even hint at being vests/shirts.) I'd also be happy to help in a crowdsourced tagging effort since it would make things SO much more convenient in the future.

I'm on board with this too, regardless of whether it's tags or new layers, sometimes I just wanna find some dang EYES and anything that'd make that easier would be a blessing
