thanks! It's great to have some communication from you about this.

If you'd like, I'd love to chat with you and keith more about the wardrobe's front end. :) It seems like you've been having some difficulty with the design, and I would love to help if I could.

Also, not to hijack this post too much, but there was also this small CSS issue I posted about a month ago that was not responded to. I'll quote it below. My suggested fix shouldn't be difficult to implement, if you guys have time. In any case, it would be nice to at least have acknowledgement that you saw this at all.

There is a small interface/CSS bug with the wardrobe. When I select the right-most item in a row, it causes the next item to show up on its own line:</p>
<p></p>
<p>If I may suggest a fix - whenever you have a bunch of elements lined up next to each other like this, it&;s much easier to control the behavior by setting their display to inline-block rather than floating them. The spacing and number of elements per line will respond to the width of its container as well, making it better for responsive layout. You can align them by setting the text-align on the parent (setting to justify will evenly space all but the last line, just like text)</p>
<p>I wrote a quick example here, which you can see uses very minimal amount of markup: http://codepen.io/anon/pen/MJJJJg</p>
<p>Thanks for all of your work (and thank you especially for making the dragging-layers work on touchscreens!) I will let you know if I find any other bugs.

Ahh, thank you! This was my fault, the last round of changes I pushed to the wardrobe weren't in version control, so when bundled them it didn't include my changes.

I just merged in the display being at the bottom :)!

[edit] Thanks for that :) I agree on inline-block, we're actually waiting for IE to finally finish implementing flex so that we can just move it (and other areas of the site) to flexbox.

Otherwise, we've got a pretty heavy visual overhaul coming to the site this year, and that includes the wardrobe, so we didn't put a ton of effort into styling it at the moment.

I'm curious, what browsers you plan to support then? Are you dropping support for IE9 and IE10? Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks like IE11 has partial support for flexbox at the moment, while the older IEs don't seem to be getting it.

Flexbox is absolutely wonderful, but I've been avoiding it myself to keep IE9+ support...

I'm quite excited to hear about the upcoming "visual overhaul"! It'll be a great thing for Subeta. Especially if there will be better mobile support :D

[edit] Also, thank you for the response and explaining about the styling. I am (like most players here) very understanding; I think what tends to frustrate players most is when we feel we're being ignored/there's no communication - more than the bugs or complaints themselves.

Significantllyyyyyy better mobile support :)

Our IE usage is actually fairly low, less than 10% of users use IE and less than 1% of them use anything before IE 10. We'd be able to have a fallback to inline-block for those users. The flex implementation in edge/11 leaves a lot to be desired, which is what we're waiting on :)

That makes sense then. And oh man, I am pumped for that mobile support. Just enable my Subeta addiction even more by letting me lie in bed and play on my phone... :P

If you might consider having an extra coder around to share the load, let me know

Overall, I like the new version better than the old one, except for a couple things. And the fact that drawers still aren&;t fixed.
Agree 100%. This is the biggest issue with wardrobe atm. It makes it virtually unusable. I can't find anything unless I know the name, and I never do. I'm just hoping their fix won't involve another reset - I have no desire to sort though thousands and thousands of items for a third time.

False alarm. Yesterday I was only seeing all/none in the drawer dropdown, it seems to be fixed today, I guess it was just a glitch.

Oh yeah, that happens sometimes. If you close/open/refresh a couple times it usually sorts itself out.

I refreshed a few times, and tried a different browser, and it was still happening, so I just assumed it was a known issue. SO glad it's not.
