- CYL Banner - CC Green Bow Hector, this is Bow Armads! lol. Colourless breath makes sense, but coloured bows don't really make sense, especially with just the one. They need to make more, and then it will maybe be less silly. I'm glad CYL won't be happening while I'm away.

Actually, while we're at it, CYL Banner = Everyone gets a Coloured Bow! (except one has to keep colourless bow :P or maybe they'll be a healer)

Obviously they're gonna use it as a chance to introduce coloured staves. ;) Red staff flier Elincia when IS?

I wonder if we'll get new weapon types down the line? Like, they've covered what is actually available in the games pretty well so there isn't a whole bunch of room, but maybe they'll use Three Houses as a chance to expand our options in Heroes. Only problem is stats are so simplified in the game that it'd clash with something else; coloured bows and colourless dragons make sense as they represent something unique (ranged weapons that hit def, close weapon that hits res). The big problem is there isn't really anything to suggest... why a green bow is a green bow or why a colourless dragon is a colourless dragon (this makes the least sense with M!Grima). Oh well! Too late to worry about it now. 8)

On that note, think I might use L!Lyn for the TT as I haven't really given her a chance outside boosting my AA score. Maybe I'll try a mixed team for a change; thinking about using B!Ninian again as all my other dancers are maxed, more or less.

Finally after a 4.00%+ pitty rate I got one of the summer units from the second banner, a completely neutral Camilla.

With all the odd boon/banes that don't seem to hurt or help, it's kinda nice I get a neutral for a change

i rolled on the newest summer banner -- four red orbs! one blue orb! ... no morgans, no reinhardt or lukas :(

hector will have a crossbow called wolf beil that shoots tiny model armads. it will still be green, and it will still count as an axe. he will have distant counter for no particular reason. elincia's staff will have built-in close counter. :p

seriously though, what's left? colored daggers and staves, i guess, and beast stones. i'm not sure if beast stones will be any more interesting than dragons with different animations, idk x:

at this point i just... want to see firesweep axes, if only so frederick can have every non-seasonal axe. ;>> (given that the bane of my life the tomahawk was a prf, i'm guessing the javelin and the levin sword will be prfs, sigh. hopefully kellam gets the javelin.)

(i did a google and learned that weapons that reverse the weapon triangle exist -- lancereaver, axereaver, and swordreaver. i don't know if they'd even be worth it, but i kind of want them in just because i think frederick would look nice with the swordreaver.)

- If they're gonna introduce new weapons, I'd prefer to see beast stones or scrolls over something from a game that won't release for another year.

- lol. tiny armads armada! Firesweep axe would also be nice. Reaver weapons would be interesting, essentially built in cancel affinity.

- Congrats on SSCamilla. I know what you mean about the neutral units, my bridal Ninian is neutral too, sometimes it's just nice to not have to worry about dealing with shitty IVs.

Huh yeah I forgot about Laguz, I guess IS's spell has worked on me. I hope they're working on something new that reflects their mechanical differences, however annoying they are. (To be honest I forgot there aren't any melee colourless units which target see, but the wait justifies something more)

Ended up running MMarth, B!Ninian, L!Lyn and Siegbert for my TT team as that accidental Siegbert has basically remained untouched since his release. Upgraded the Def Tactic seal so he can buffbot as needs be. He doesn't have a B skill but as a player phase unit I don't have anything that'd really benefit him.

I was wanting another flying mage so I’m glad I got something, if a little unexpected.

Some of my favourite units are bow users so I hope we get more coloured bows soon and a great bow unit in the new CYL too.

- For TT, renewal is always a good option for B slot.

- That's a pretty nice haul. So far in my quest for Tana/Noire, I have pulled... NOTHING. I got a 4* Legault, so that's good I guess, I didn't have him before.

:edit: Pity Breaker Karla. +spd - res. This hurts. That's her optimal IVs, but I already built up the one I got earlier. I feel like wrath fodder is too good to merge them. Stupid Karla, why couldn't you be Tana. I hate making descisions. Summoned the rest of the circle hoping for either Innes or Noire, but got a bunch of feather fodder. Back to 0 orbs. sigh

On the bright side, after spending a bunch of crests to get a deathless run, managed to be ranked in the top 1000 in T18. Improved my score by 54 points and jumped 20k ranks. Arena be so tight!

Bah! 35 orbs used, and no Nephenee yet. Might as well wait till later.

Edit: Finally got Nephenee, but she ended up being -spd +res. Shameful. I am glad I crossed off putting Wrath on Athena, though, but I might wait until later before I go pulling again. My impulsivity knows no bounds.

I pulled a few reds and blues because I like Katarina's character in New Mystery (sue me) and still never pulled a Neph despite a disastrous Hero Fest. Pulled about 40 orbs and ended up with a second Eldigan, lol. He's +Spd -Atk while my OG is +Res -Def so they both kinda suck for separate reasons. To be honest I've never built him despite him being like, my second red cav. I feel like Xander always seemed a better option. He's too rare for Fury fodder so I guess I'll just merge 'em in some manner.

Yeah definitely, that's a good suggestion! Unfortunately I'm Fae free and only have a couple of L'Arachels, who I'd sooner use as Res Tactics fodder. Oh well, he's doing fine out there. They aren't too great at autobattling but no biggie, they usually make it halfway through at worst.

Feh channel hype! They already confirmed that it won't be about CYL2 though. I'm very excited for whatever they have to announce! Also August will be the 18 month anniversary of the game so hopefully there will be things to fill that gap in the calendar in early August!

Yeah, I can’t complain - especially when I think about the number of orbs I put into the original Morgan/Ishtar banner.

Did end up getting a -att +spd Camilla as well so definitely used up my luck quota for the next couple of months I think. I hope Tana/Noire come home for you soon fingers crossed

Feh Channel excite! Am hoping for a book 3 teaser (and maybe Hrid). Also hoping for some more 5* demotions or at least some 5s that will go into the 4 pool as well (Mist, Luke, Saber, Grey and Rhajat spring to mind) Or maybe a way to get more TT units so I don’t have to feel guilty for thinking about foddering a Joshua for close defence.

Some people (*cough ) are going to hate me, finally got around to my free pull for the new summer banner and pulled Takumi. +att -spd, not great, but will suffice for TT, plus flier buffs can still get him to decent speed for Fishie Desperation.

My account seems to have a magnet for units I don't want, and just pushed all the ones I DO want hecka far away. I suppose I could still try for Tana, but it seems pretty moot at this point. I should probably just keep saving orbs.

WELL CONGRATULATIONS AND STUFF I GUESS :V But no, I'm only a little jealous. At the very least, he's been really fun to play on (I went Firesweep build on him and finally got rid of that stupid 5* Faye I got during her initial focus and have hated looking at since -- she's one of my least favorite characters from FE15, hah), so there's that at least-- I'm glad you can at least use him for the TT!

Eh, heh, heh. Sorry for all the sourness in that last post. I was really excited to get Neph, and it's quite sad I got hit with the bad luck bat. I know luck can run out, but it still hurts, especially since I usually try to restrain myself when spending money in Heroes.

Hrid and news of bruno, nice update. Sumias art is really weird, good thing I dont really like her anyway. Libra and marinello look lovely though, and Olivia is alright too. Dont think i really need any of these guys though. Hrid still feels like an armour unit to me, so he'll probably have better stats than alphonse, but may e not powercreep?

Havent been able to actually watch any of the videos etc. Might not get a chance to.
