My armour emblem isn't too bad, I've got Effie with brave lance+ as blue armour. She's pretty solid. I don't have any range armour, and lack blue mages in general, so that's why I want Lyn, and Hector is just Hector! And I need Hector!

I hope that the blessed includes units that have received the elemental blessings as well. Then, if they give us free VIke, or Gunntha at some point, everyone is guaranteed to have 4 blessed/legendary units. I have 4 unused blessings right now, I'm scared to use/waste them like I did my first one.

lol, yeah, casa blanca is a type of flower (I recently discovered that myself thanks to another mobile game! lol) And Hector... he's just here to fight, but he actually has some of the most adorable romantic supports! All three of his are better than any of Eliwoods! Man, they need to remake that game PLEASE! My dream is that they do a remake of 6 and 7 together, but reversed to be chronologically story wise, include the inheritance mechanisms of the new games, and maybe augment Roy's story a bit, cus that game is kinda meh.

yeah, i just haven't promoted my effie -- i've been sinking all my feathers into my first 40+10 and random other projects, so a free armored lance is a lifesaver haha. esp with the new refinery options! i'm completely overwhelmed with choices, but only have enough feathers/divine dew for one unit >A<

we won't know for sure until they tell us, but my assumption is like, if they give me a fire blessing but no ike and i give the blessing to chrom, then chrom can go play in the cloud gate pool thing, even though i don't have an ike. and that'd be fine. but if it's not like that, then... i'm still not going to use my blessings, and i'm going to hate myself for merging gunnthra lol

- I know what you mean about the refining options! So many! I've been using my feathers to get 40+ units too, but I've had lousy luck summoning any of them :( Nino has been stuck at +4 since november, and Gaius is stuck at +3. I should start promoting my matthew army and making him + too. I want to make my Ephraim better, but he's only 5* so getting him is a bit harder, but I have summoned him as a pity breaker a couple times, so he's +2 right now.

Haha, yup. Eliwood and Hector are great parents and great friends! Such better character dynamics in that game than the new ones :( I miss when support conversations actually meant character development and not thinnly veiled romance.

Yeah, I was sad to learn that they were Wii U only (total switch sale outsold Wii U's lifetimes sales after less than a year sooooo yeah). I do own 7 as a physical game, emulating them is actually easier though, cus you can save state. Some of those chapters are super long, and super hard, and you can get to the boss and have them crit your Lord and RIP, have to start the whole chapter over again. FE7 was the second VG I owned ever. (the first was super mario advanced, which came with my GBA... didn't actually complete FE7 until like 10 years later cus 13yo me was a) bad at video games, and b) didn't realize that you could look up guides online.)

"grand hero battle - ???" logically i know it's not bruno, but please, god also i tried to 1v1 arena assault with xander (he's at 3947 hm while the rest of his team hit 4k already ugh) and he got punched in the face by a close counter/close def seal new year corrin. amazing. (i wasn't paying attention... i set xander on a defense tile, corrin set up on an opposing def tile, triggered ignis; xander couldn't survive retaliation, even after corrin was baited off the def tiles. whoops!)

i have enough fredericks, but i need more feathers ><;; and we're getting more askr trio quests, so i feel like i should upgrade anna and sharena since they're such a pain to use as 4*... resource management, bane of my life ;o;

AWww, feathers suck. I do have 140k atm, but I have more than 7 units I want to make 5*, either for skills, merging, or just cus I want them at 5*. Shareena was the very first unit I promoted to 5*. I love her. I really want her to have a weapon forge option. Anna was the last of the Askr trio I made 5* but I made most of them 5* pretty early on. Fury Anna has been kicking butt in the arena for me this past week. Unfortunately my team this week can't take out Myrrh with Iotes shield. I encountered two today and lost both :( They were both DC too, which i think was the main problem. Otherwise Lyn could chip and reposition. Myrrh so good, why u no come hoooome!

Our Askr pals will get their time to shine! Eventually! Maybe we'll be in luck when Veronica's story circles around, which has to be sooner rather than later with the Brave version in a few months.

I managed to shake my abysmal luck from yesterday and pulled a +Atk -Def Roy during my first batch of summons. I've already promoted a Gordin and foddered him for Brave Bow+.

Also the new ghb quests look really hard. :c And the tap battle is kinda dumb but I tapped my way through. At least blessings are becoming increasingly common so I might actually use them. Still haven't pulled a Gunnthrá or L!Ike so huh all hopes on Fjorm.

- Nice pull. I probably won't be pulling the colourless, Brave Lyn is better IMO. I need Hector though, all the Hector! Pulled a Nino with my first green though, so my super Nino got an extra + But alas, not Hector. :(

The GHB quests are hard, I wasted a couple stamina potions this morning trying to get even one of them and failed. Seems like they will rotate around though, so we aren't actually limited to 24hrs for them.

Finally beat manakete squad, phew.

Spent about 60 orbs on the banner because I have no self control, no seasonal units but I did pull 4* versions of Sothe and L’Arachel and a 5* Faye. Not sure what I’m going to do with them, i mean that is a fire sweep bow and life and death 3...

The new paralogue was very sweet, aww Hector and Lilina.

Tap battle is fun, I wonder what the prize at the end is.

I have beaten Lloyd infernal with horse emblem, nearly got there with flier emblem... that bow knight is pretty frustrating to kill though :/

the music for the melee training map is so cute... i hate the enemy turn theme even more now (also clicking it and not getting a "you've already cleared this! lower exp/sp reward 4 u" warning is. satisfying) tap battle is nice too, but i'm glad you only have to play each stage once, though. i like s-ranking the casual modes, but i keep tapping too early on the triplets and breaking my combos, so trying to s-rank expert would take me forever p:

the end of the paralogue has convinced me, i gotta build sharena. she's so cute ;o; hopefully she's next for arena bonus! (and i haven't run into iotes shield myrrh... but that is a Nightmare, oh no)

Tbh I'm not floored by any of them (Hector would be nice but don't care about Lilina and already have three green armours) but wanted to grab one for two weeks of Tempest Trials, and at least I'll have a reason to run horse Eirika too after the Shrouded By The Storm fake out.

I've cleared Llyod with infantry, fliers and cavalry, first attempt by some miracle, but failed twice in a row with armours. Tried parking both BK and W!Tharja in front of the hammer unit; the bow cav is surprisingly is surprisingly strong despite being pretty slow.

I poked the green hammer with Hit & Run Firesweep Cordelia to start the battle and Repositioned her out of there, was the only way I could get the map moving safely. You could use a flying mage as an alternative. Positioning across the lake in the middle lets you bait units down the right of the map, too, which is handy for splitting them up.

His stat line is really nice for a Brave Bow but I have no idea how he's ended up with 17 less speed than my Brave Brave Lyn haha. Both of mine are +Atk, which puts him at 38 Atk and her at 36 Atk,. He has a chunk more Def (though it's a superbane, so still only 23) and a little more Res but the huge drop in speed kinda leaves him weaker defensively. Hah I've just realised they're both +Atk -Def, how weird. His voice lines are super cute though and tbh I'm willing to give him a pass for it. c:

- On the one had, I'm glad that you only have to clear all the stages once, in only one mode, but at the same time, I'm sad that there aren't more rewards for clearing them in hard mode.

- I just love Hector (and don't have regular hector cus this game hates me) and I don't have an armour mage, so I'm going for Lyn too. I don't know how I'm gonna do Lloyd in any mode, I suck at stratcegy, and my skill inheritance game isn't good cus I refuse to crunch up units that I don't have duplicates of. I think Elincia will help with getting the flier one. It's nice finally have a decent flier who isn't Camilla! lol.

Yeah Elinica is a good shout! I think it'd be handy to give her Hit & Run or Drag Back so she can take out the green hammer. Fliers love Reposition so, if all else fails, poke and Reposition out.

For Cavalry I used Sigurd, Gronnblade Cecilia, Reinhardt and B!Lyn. Xander could totally take Siggy's place as he just tanked the green flier as it swooped down on the side. Gronnblade was pretty handy, tho, as the raw power really helps move past their massive stat inflation.

For Infantry I used B!Cordelia, Azura, PA!Azura and Nino. Nino was an accident but actually ended up being the star of the show. Bladetomes always win! She could probs solo the map. Only thing to worry about was the bow cav, she didn't have enough def to safely duel him without PA!Azura's dance.

I'm just used to bringing dancers along for everything so these challenges are certainly putting my brain through its paces.

ALSO I keep meaning to say they really messed up by not putting Zelgius in his red armour wow. I'm about 3/4ths of the way through Radiant Dawn and they still haven't hinted at their connection.

- I was actually thinking of rocking Nino for the infantry one. Mine is +5 on her way to being super nino, I don't have PA azura, but she's got fury and desperation so after a few fury hits, she hits twice before counter attack can happen. She's also got A rank support with Erika who has rally def, if she brings the fortify res seal she can buff all of Nino's stats, I was thinking of pairing those two with Azura and Inigo (or possible someone more tanky with reposition) and seeing if Nino could just solo the map. I like the hit + dance + drag back combo with her, it might work. As for Cavalry, everyone seems to be doing it with Reinhardt, whom I don't have, My cecelia does have a gronnblade tome hiding in her skill list, but she's also only 4*. I do have Sigurd, I tried with Xander, but the constant lunging separated him too much from the pack. I thought horse emblem would be the easiest for me, but after wasting a whole stamina potion on just horse, I gave up.

Heroes is actually terrible for main game spoilers. Ninian's probably the biggest one. But like, some of the support things as well, like Matthew talking about Leila etc.

Yeah the lunges took out my Amelia on my second armour attempt, I never account for the lunges haha.

My Nino is only +1 and probs -HP or -Def so you should be able to do it! She has summoner support but I didn't bring her partner, Ephraim, so it should balance out. There's also the Drive Def seal, too, to stack with her standard buffs if you need it. She could probs handle it, especially as Azura can take down Lloyd without problems (the least threatening part of the map, naturally).

- Mine is definitely -HP, less fury drops to get her into desperation. (although, now that she finally has fury 3, it would be 2 either way. When she only had fury 2 it was 2 when -HP and 3 if neutral)

i did reposition-cavalry-emblem and flier emblem by myself (thanks a million to my angel, quickened pulse galeforce flyer formation elincia, and to michalis, who had to take arrows to the face), but had to seek out guides for infantry and armored... i suppose i coulda saved the stamina pots and just waited for the battle to come back, but eh.

ah, guess i shouldn't have avoided all those colorless orbs! sounds like he'll be fun to use :3 (and he's voiced by ray chase, so that's always a plus haha)

yeah, i had the same feeling when i switched to expert to be nosy and saw there were no additional rewards. but maybe they'll adjust rewards if/when it comes back again? who knows o:

Ugh why do seasonal banners hate me? After reaching 5.25% on Christmas and New Year banners, I got pity broken by a Fae and a Kagero in 55 orbs (Kagero is +atk-def though so yay!), I spent another 100 orbs this morning for nothing. I don't even want the units THAT much, just anyone would be nice for the next TT haha (I wouldn't complain about a ranged armor either) I should have saved them for the legendary banner, especially since Summer Corrin and PA!Olivia probably have an high chance to be on it =/ I don't know what to do now...

I have so many quests to finish... x_x I definitely think GHB quests will have to wait a moment until I try them. I'd like to clean the Feb quests before and I still have so many 10th stratum to do haha... and woops Three heroes finishes on Monday, so I have that to do as well. xD

I managed to do armours on my third attempt, QR3 seal on the Black Knight was the answer to my woes. Haven't thought about Michalis yet as I've been sidetracked by a project...

I've had one of my moments of madness and promoted my 3* +Spd -Def Felicia up to 5* with refined plate (first Dews I've spent wow) after getting her from 1 - 40 twice (the new maps are actually amazing). Can't wait to use her! Only problem is somehow, amazingly, I'm out of Shannas so no Desperation yet. On the other hand, Hinata has finally decided he likes me and I found six of them in my barracks, so she has Fury 3 and also Draw Back from a spare Sully.

Also gave Winter Lissa Fury 3. She has an A slot, yay! I ate pitybreaker Shanna for her Killer Axe+ and she now has def refined Slaying. Aether is the final piece of the puzzle but haven't quite plucked up the courage to promote and lose a Chrom (pulled three of them recently in a twist of fate). Why can't Seliph carry it? I've had one sat in my barracks for a couple of months with no desire to even train him to 40. :c

took all my orbs, but i got valentines hector! i didn't get why i recognized his voice, but wiki tells me it's the same guy who voiced basilio o: his sniffle at the end of "never thought i'd see the day my daughter was giving me presents..." really sells it, these units are so cute ;w; now, i just gotta figure out how i'm going to build him...

also... hector's boon is green (+def/-hp). i... guess this is a glitch? i wish they'd fix it or enable in-app boon/bane checking and be done with it, having one unit with a random green number kinda bothers me.

(also forgot what a pain michalis' map is. yeah, that guy can wait.)

I spent too many orbs on this banner, I have like 3 left and got up to 4% pity rate but I got valentines Roy. OMG his lines are adorable, I have to do some serious saving before I attempt pulling green again. congratulations on getting Hector! ( I really hope he comes home for you!)

I pulled another Roderick so decided to go from broke and spend some feathers on fire sweep lance on Cordelia (again thank you for selling that to me) I don’t regret it, I think I like it more than brave Lance on her.

Also invested a bit in my Hinoka, and upgraded her weapon (haven’t got enough dew to go all the way at the moment) and also fed a Clair to her for hit and run rather than using brash assault.

I’ve beaten Michalis on Infernal with fliers, infantry and cavalry but armour is proving very hard :C I feel like I am drowning in Michalis’s now haha... might promote him and start merging.

I have lots of quests to do still (haven’t really touched Feb quests) but I’m enjoying being busy and trying other things out before TT starts.
