Anpu holds a very special place in my heart, even have a jackel tatted on my shoulder

My Da was born in Alexandria Weird though, in the ancient world Egyptians would throw poisoned meat over the walls to kill them even though Anpu had the head of a jackel, but they'd sneak into tombs and eat the dead, kind of think that's why they mummified bodies

Bahah, yeah cannibalism itself has always been something I enjoyed hearing about even-though it's kinda cruel, it's crazy to think about what lengths some people will go to for survival/cultural bizz.
LOL It depends on the circumstance, something like the Donner Party where there is no food but the dead is a rough choice, but starvation is an ugly and sucky way to go. Though in primitive cultures it was almost a sign of respect, eating an enemy warrior's heart to absorb their power/courage

Definitely beats starvation. But if you care about the person it would be hard to eat them.... Eating the heart? Wow o______o! I guess it makes sense though, with the absorbing concept.
