it was relaxing but there is a wildfire back home and my sister is on a evacuation notice and has to back up sentimental stuff and a dog that she is house sitting at. My dad is on his way to help. Started at noon and is 380 hectares and growing. 0% contained :O

i can, we had that scare last spring when the town 45 minutes or so away was ablaze. it is stressful and nerve wrecking.. at least she only has to remember Molly.. their border collie. just hoping is doesn't go near the highway or she will have to go north, hopefully some family up there will be willing to help and also hoping my dad isn't stuck going north either as my mom can't take care of the animals with her failing hips and knees

no worries, they are okay.. dad is home and my sister took the animals to my parents this morning no matter what but the fire is at 1200 hectares and still 0% contained
