i'm not doing mine today, haha busy finding possible tree ornaments, and hoping i can have enough to order them after shopping later this month. finally looked at the tree that was sitting in a box in the garage and it pre-wrapped with lights and its so nice and i can't wait for the 1st.. christmas is gonna be in this house this year until we leave for christmas, lol xD

I suppose that would make it safer for the younger kids, but also a lot of competition, too! Really dangerous wildlife? Or stuff like racoons? (Which can be dangerous, I'm aware) Yeah, if they're going, might as well get something sweet for their trouble!

I love Christmas decorating! At actual time when you're supposed to, though, stores have stuff up way too early! That's quite an improvement, tree wise! Four foot is way too small for a tree...all of our ornaments barely fit on our tree as it is (I think it's 6 foot or 6-five, not sure). Decorations can be expensive, I agree. Have you looked into making some of your own? (Can be expensive, too, but fun maybe?) Definitely prefer night! And that's really sweet of your husband to want that, though. c: Having a mini aquarium does seem fun (I meant that just having a goldfish or something would be blah). Did you do freshwater or saltwater? Some of the designs and stuff people do is crazy!

Morning!!! Why don't you just go ahead and put your tree up? XD If we used fake trees I'd already have the house decorated, but since we use real ones we wait till thanksgiving. Once I see the tree tents pop up I buy one LOL

Work wasn't too awful yesterday. I have a feeling today is going to suck though XD I work the closing shift tonight, blehhhh. I'm usually pretty good about getting my quests done if I get on and have enough time. I've been trying to save up all year for Lumi. Didn't get as much as I hoped, but it's because I didn't get on most of the year DX

no we don't have raccoons, but we do have deer, moose and if it hadn't snowed yet bears. i think people were always prepared for the teens

me too, i had to check out my tree yesterday.. so its standing in the basement, and the lights work.. woohoo! now the long wait for the 1 damnit. i want to have it up now, haha xD i think i'll just get cheap decorations, i'm too lazy to make any. i had a 33G aquarium, i loved it and i did freshwater.

because i try and wait till at least dec before this place is gonna be christmasy.. when i was younger i had to wait till the 3rd as that is my moms birthday but now i make myself just wait till the 1st. i'm also gonna try and actually create some other decor for the windows or something as i only really have a tree, lol and breakables which i haven't taken out in a couple years due to the kiddos.

You're good, when I have kids, this place is going to get decorated the day after Halloween XD I love Christmas so much. You should def do some stuff for around the windows ^0^ That would be cute! That does suck about having young kids, all the breakables D:

lol, i think that would be a lot of christmas, lol. me too, Christmas is my favourite time of year minus the snow, lol xD and -30C. i'm gonna try.. i have some ideas on pinterest saved. yea i started collecting the Breyer Christmas horses last year, lol. well not sure its collecting when you only have the 2016 one but hinted at my sister to get me the one for this year too, haha. i really need to get the 2015 one but its over 100 since its older.

Oh, I'm glad that one day wasn't horrible! I hope the trend continued? Or was it as bad as you thought it was going to be? :c Closing shifts can definitely be bleh, especially if you then have to get up and work the morning shift. ^^ I used to always get all my quests done, but it can really tiring and boring, haha. And yeah, Lumi saving can take quite a bit...I think I have some stashed away...I should probably look into that. I'm sure you'll be able to make do, it's the thought that counts anyways, <3

No raccoons? I think we've had some here, they sometimes eat the food my mom leaves for the squirrels. We definitely have deer, seen them behind the house...and they often get hit by cars around here. It's really sad. Always gotta be prepared, haha.

Ooh, yay! It's so much easier when the lights are actually on the tree and you don't have to wrap them around. Although, our tree is old, so we do both (some of the lights no longer work!). You're waiting all the way until the 1st? We tend to do it the day after Thanksgiving, haha. Is that too soon? You technically /could/ put the lights up now...but it would be a little early. c; And yeah, there are some pretty decorations out there, even cheap ones. I'm assuming 33G is a lot? What kind of fish did you have?

nope we don't have raccoon, we have squirrels, weasels and other little rodents of sorts, lol xD we have lots of dead animals on the roads all the time.
