She's just wearing the shirt and the (borderline fake BS) glasses, and her cheek fluff and bangs mimic her hair.

I will leave that up to you. I thought a full redraw would be easier for you then to edit it already just in terms of like moving the paw slightly to accommodate the smile/laugh and then moving the tail adding the little fart air. But if that is easier to do for you then redrawing a similar pose then do that.
