I had pull the stats and the highest anyone has gotten (sans a few obvious cheaters) was level 11. I've changed the achievement to level 10!

To those who have made it to level 10 or 11, will make it retroactive when she's working on Monday!

Yeah, the tier is still there and it still has the data from any progression. Mine says 9/10. just has to do some sort of behind the scenes work to make it actually retroactive and award it to you and the others who got to 10 or more!

gunna go ahead and lock this now since it was enacted, if anyone has anything else to say, send me a comment and I can unlock it for a bit =)
