Hello! <3 Just to reiterate what Pika said, all the items aside from the leotard and the train need a certain degree of participation in CWfest. Pika's post here has information on how ^^ For anything Plinkachu level- you need to join at least one of the events here (Scavenger hunt not counted anymore so either HA contest or trivia :)) For shiny plinkachu you need to join all of them + play some mini games in the giveaway thread (Which is not possible atm cause we haven't started any mini games yet) ;o; I hope that wasn't too confusing ^^ Let me know if there's anything you're still confused about <3 Also if you've already joined one of those things just let me know and I can go check for you and slot you :3 (Trying to take some of the work off :) )
