((OOC: Sorry everyone! :( I wasn't able to post yesterday or this morning. I flew back to school today. I'm trying to narrow down my notifications right now. I'll catch up with the workshop after I'm done deleting some pings. You'll all be sorted into your teams today. c:))

"Hey everyone! I think we have enough members to get started with our games. You can all open your boxes now. If you haven’t made up your mind yet about sign-up late, don’t worry! Late comers can still stop by and grab a box, I'm sure we still have a few by the bulletin board. I'd like to remind everyone that you are all free to participate in the games as much as you'd like. We'll be walking to the field for the first game. It's only a few minutes away on foot."

Beth began leading the way, but quickly stopped on her tracks as she realized she forgot to introduce herself. "I'm Beth Hale of Ravenclaw House. Some of you may know me as a previous Ravenclaw prefect and Head Girl." She directed her glance over to Elise, who promptly introduced herself as well. "Elise Cortez. Slytherin House. Head Girl." With that, everyone's attention returned to Beth and with a wave of the hand she resumed the walk towards the field.

((OOC: Your characters can continue chatting as we walk to the field. If any of you are interested the first game will be similar to Yukigassen (Video of it being played). We'll do a coin flip later to determine the winner of this round (like how we picked winners during dueling club's tournament). I'll reply and post more tomorrow. I'm off to bed. It's been a long day.

Several walls of snow were strategically placed throughout the field, offering some form of cover from the opposing team's snowballs. A flag of the teams’ color was mounted in a small pile of snow on each side of the field. At the center of the field laid a box containing the appropriate gear for the game. A box filled with premade snowballs was also at the end of each field.

Beth walked up to the box at the center of the field. “Grab the gear in your team’s color. You need a pair of gloves, a helmet, and a jersey. There are some shoes at the bottom of the box, in case you didn’t wear shoes with a good grip. You can wear your jersey over your clothes.”

“Black Abraxans, after you finish grabbing what you need, let’s meet at the left side of the field next to the flag.” Elise said, not wasting any time in grabbing her own gear.

This snowball game is a combination of capture the flag and a typical snowball fight. Players must grab the flag of the opposing team. If your opponent hits you with a snowball you are eliminated. Snowballs can be found at the back of each half of the field so players should try grabbing as many snowballs as they can to hit the opposing team. Players can hid behind the snow blocks to shield themselves from the flying snowballs and to get closer to the opponent's flag. The first team to capture the other team's flag wins," Beth explained.

"Players start at the end of their field. The Black Abraxans must capture the flag found on the right side of the field and the White Abraxans must capture the flag found on the left side of the field," Elise added.

Can someone playing in a team choose if they want the team to be Heads or Tails for the coin toss :) I'll do the coin toss in a online generator after a team claims a side.))

"Great game, everyone!" she told the workshop members. "Let's head off to the Quidditch pitch," she said and pointed towards the field. Everyone followed Beth to the Quidditch pitch.

One could easily see rows of twelve barrels on stilts equally spread around the pitch. "Elise shall explain the next challenge while I go get some extra brooms," said Beth before she disappeared. "Our next game is a safe form of the Irish flying game, Aingingein. Some of you might have heard of this game before in our Flying lesson. Usually a player carried a Dom and flys through burning barrels. In the last barrel the player would toss the Dom. The player who completes the challenge in the shortest amount of time wins. For our tournament the team who members fly through twelve NORMAL barrels first wins," said Elise.

Beth returned with a rack of brooms. "Feel free to grab whichever broom you're most comfortable with," she told the group. "Once everyone grabs a broom we can start the next challenge," added Elise.

"We'll be starting when that bell rings," Beth said pointing to the bell. "It should be ringing in the next minute or so."
