[edit] Alright... I was able to read his story. Maybe an ocean beach theme. I'll post it on his profile when the writer accepts payment. I was thinking... maybe those little orbs can be animated. Kind of like.. a soft glowing effect? ^_^

He has them around his feet, horn and tail :) I think they're sparkles, but I'm sure you can add just a touch of animation

How long will the wait be?

I would say about a month until I can start on it as an estimate since I have 3 profiles ahead of you atm, along with a few art commissions ^_^; but I usually try to work on a couple at a time, you can always check progress on my profile :)
