Wait so, this isn't your character, so technically this is not a reference but a direction for what to go for? I'm.. a little confused haha. Should I make the character a (pearlescent/opalescent) legeica with a horn or an actual horse?

Also since this is a fullbody commission but you want an animal character, it's probably alright if I treat this as an overlay instead? (that'd be cheaper for you, I feel bad for charging more for what's technically the same thing as a quad overlay )

I'm sorry I couldn't convey what I was saying well. The image was just a general direction. It wasn't my character, but I loved the idea behind it.

Oooh!! I love the sketches. I also love the (pearlescent/opalescent) idea and I'm loving the legeica based sketch. I turn all mine into horses, so this is rather different for me :D

What happens if you made it colder blues? (so far, I am loving the glass like effect)

But I I just love his mane and tail colours in this one. I also like the bluey-purple going down the center of his face
