Gift the above user a gift worth 1 million or above from their wishlist.
Rules: You must have some items on your WL that are worth LESS than 3 million sp. Not everyone is super rich.
If you buy from Holiday Shops, price should reflect the currency worth, Not user shop prices of the item. Example: Right now Vesnali Coins are around 20k. The Glowbug Plushie is 4 Vesnali Coins so actual worth of the plushie is 80k not the 1.4 million that is says in User Shops.
Gifts must come from user above WL unless they did not follow the rules and have nothing cheaper than 3 mill. then you can just gift them something nice.
