I'm so sorry, I have spent a couple hours trying and I haven't even gotten a basic layout and color scheme I like. I don't think I can make something for you that I feel good about (which is incredibly important to me, free or paid!)

As for the rest of the form, I'm assuming you want minion, TC, story box, pet info, (including pet image, name, species, owner, bday) but I'm not sure I can include all that into one column. It would either have to be at least 2, or scrolling boxes instead of the whole page scrolling. Did you also want to include pet friends, since they seem to represent yourself and the father?

Last, the text isn't for the text you want for her story section, but rather a bold word or phrase, (usually it's the pet name) and subtext being a few words you'd like to have included underneath that, if you choose to.

Back story behind that, we have 3 boys born before her, plus a miscarriage as well, it too us 10 years to finally have a daughter. At times I was convinced we could only make male children lol.
