Like what? Even though the workshops are specific it doesn't mean a subject won't be covered. It might just come up in a different workshop. For now we will only have one workshop at a time but as we get a feel for it we will add and adjust.

Oh yeah! I LOOOVED the movie. Sort of obsessed... don't be surprised if there are FB&WtFT all over from me.

As far as the RP we are starting with 2 weeks, but depending on participation and interest this will be modify. I will personally keep an eye on the RP to see if some workshops will need more time and adjust. We are just testing how this idea will work since the clubs were a tad too long and it was difficult for Captains and RPers.

Do I REALLY need to make a point for that not to happen? XD

Dragons are allowed as long as they are trained and well behaved :D

It means it will be a centralized topic instead of a broad and changing one like clubs used to be. For example instead of having flying club we can have Quaffle training workshop, flying strategy workshops, beater practice, keeper and hoop workout. One workshop will have one topic and develop from there instead of jumping from one subject to another and having people be confused as to where the RP has moved to.

We have had issues in the past where an RP board will move quickly for a day and members come back feeling lost because 5 pages have moved along. We are trying to minimize that without restricting the RP itself.

I would prefer if the ideas are in by 1/14 to have a more consistent calendar but I will take submissions till 1/27.

Nope, you can submit applications for multiple ideas and preferred weeks. If needed we can always keep some for next term depending on how successful the workshops are :)

Yes, there can be co-captains. It is also encouraged if someone doesn't feel comfortable with RP or being captain to host one with someone else. It is up to the members to decide how they divide the work and create a cohesive workshop :D
