Some people have different variations of it--mine lead to incredibly painful headaches that made it difficult for me to even lie down, let alone move. I had to have a hot, wet towel over my head to soothe the pain. gently huggles and gives you hot wet towels, tea, and wraps you in warm blankets as I turn the humidifier on <3
