hi there! That particular pullover was an event-exclusive cw for a survival event me and my bestie ran this year. You had to participate in our event in order to slot on one! However, I didn't put any restrictions on it so if anyone in the r200 forums ever wants to sell or trade theirs, you can buy it from them :) there were around 40? I think? Copies of that one (it was unlimited for the event) so there's a chance someone might let theirs go ^_^
