If you go to this achievement and try to "Buy item" it just takes you to a blank search shop page. Not like it is supposed to do. This is the only achievement section I have noticed doing it.

I think it's the # sign, iirc that broke some of the item codes during Morostide. I can't remember if it was mentioned before or if it can even be fixed
