For the overlay, I would love it to look sort of like that wrapping paper, where the wrapping paper is the dress fabric and the ribbon is the belt.

I would like a little bit of color, as indicated in my sketch (sorry for the sloppiness, i only had a highlighter to illustrate general location/proportion of color), but in a darkish cool-toned pink :D no eyebrows, no extreme cheek/face coloring, the aim here is just young/innocent/dolllike :D

for matching to an eye, I would suggest Kore Bloom Eyeshadow (its the one I want to use it with personally haha), but versatility is always awesome (and I know harder with more subtle makeup, I do not expect it to be perfect with every eye) :D

(sorry for straying off topic) keep your eye on radiology.... You sit in a dark room most the day, but you don't have to deal with surgery (save a few procedures that most people think are fun), and you don't have to spend all day talking/dealing with patients... And you can specialize in breasts, which are super fun and rewarding(I am an ultrasound tech that specializes in breasts so I might be biased haha) And depending on the area, they at hurting for rads, too... Be sure to check it out in your rotations :)
