Edit: I haven't gotten the ping, so I'll see if this is a bug.
Edit 2: Cleared cache, doesn't seem to help. Have reported issue, but do try to clear cache to see if that works.

I did report it last month, but it doesn't seem to be fixed. I have heard that it's not just pinging a forum group that isn't working, but others can't create new forum groups, or forum groups not showing members, etc. I didn't get my ping either.

Same here. Didn't get the for this round again, but I pinged by other groups. Creating forum groups has been fixed, so it may be that we have to create a new group/hashtag for those it's not working for.

Edit 2: works for me, but not the old group tag. Please add yourself to the new forum group I created, and use both tags when there is a Token Shop restock, until the issue with some tags not working is resolved.

Have just done so. Thanks for tip.
Even without the pings, I managed to make two restocks. Got the new item on one and the Carnival Sundae on the other.
