Somebody ping me after New Years has wrapped up. One of my NY's goals is to get rid of about 10k items out of my wardrobe. I have so much worthless junk in there from going after the achievements. Anyway, since my wardrobe was over 20K, I decided to start paring down. I've been grabbing anything asked for by quests out of my wardrobe, but that isn't clearing things out quickly enough.

So maybe we could come up with some ideas to help people meet their wardrobe goals and get mine down to a manageable size? Lots of this stuff I would be happy to give away if anyone is interested....

You guys are just starting out, but you'll definitely accumulate more over time. I try not to focus on it too much, it stresses me out sometimes! At least you don't have to worry about the old gallery hoarding achievement anymore...

WEll, if you have your wardrobe sorted I think there's a button to check all after filtering it? Then you could quickstock to a shop and make a sale thread for what the fwsg doesn't want to grab.

All my shops are already full... unless I take down my gallery. I will have to give this some more thought...

I just activated a week GA so I'll have some room to maneuver things. Hoping I can get a shop emptied by the end of the week so I can then fill it w/wardrobe stuffs. lol

thank you for your generosity! I will ping you after the 10th. Other than using the gift wrapping center or trades, I can't think of another way for you to move mass quantities easily other than clearing a shop or donating the items though.

The whole reason I posted on this thread was to pay it forward. If it were simply about ease, I could just frag it all. But when I first joined Subeta, a dear friend and amazing lady gave me all of her "cast offs" and helped get me started on my wardrobe goals. I would like to do the same for others, if I can.

I know how good it feels to get a little help and I had lots of fun playing with her old so-called "ugly" items. I hope to share that joy of discovery and feeling of accomplishment with you and others sometime soon. Maybe we'll end up trying a few different things to see what works best. I would just rather the stuff go to people who really need it for their goals -- as I once did. Just promise you won't shoot me the day your wardrobe goes over 20K. ;)

that is such a lovely gesture and so kind of you to pass it on to other users :) I have a long way to go before I reach 20k items but when I do I'll have you to thank xD (not shoot!)
