Elwood has always been my favourite. Give us the wood!
Mr Chetwood, Luna and Blake are a close second though. :)
I love how they all started to get more and more lore in the past few years. Just wondering where a few of them went when this or that feature vanished, was replaced or taken over by another NPC. Like Bob - I just don't want to believe he went "to the farm". ;__; Actually we need a resort for elderly NPCs where they can live a happy peaceful life and watch riverside nature trail from the balkony, play bridge and knit and occasionally play pranks (like an RE?) so they don't get bored.
Melody and the Oracle are 2 of my favs

Elwood for sure. He's funny plus he has pizza.

In no particular order Elwood, Ian, Jaxon, Skitters, Fantine, Nico, Connor, Quentin, Emma, and Esther. There's too much quality to pick just one npc

I'm still not too familiar with everyone, but saggi is by far my favourite. Matlal is a close second though.
