Ambitious and sneaky Slytherin attempted a polyjuice without the requisite knowledge and magical power and got stuck like that. Given how massively racist and discriminatory wizarding Britain is against non-humans and how exclusive and snobby the Slytherin students can get, she got harassed and then kicked out and is now at Ilvermorney - Thunderbird.
