well my weekend went South really fast! The mechanic I hired to fix my car messed up and he told me today he won't fix whatever is wrong with it, so now I'm stuck with a wrecked car!!. I called all my friends to see if they are able to help, but so far nothingsobs And of course my very first workday starts on Monday.... Tried to reach him later today, but he wasn't home.

I went the Bathhouse...I forgot what I got.

And I'm taking another step, after some consideration I dismantled all of my LEGO Star Wars sets. And will dump the parts into my niece's tub. I elected to renounce (not a harsh enough word) this old fandom.

Other would-be interests will go sooner or later.

They've gotten used to my presence, its a scene I see often.

I have 20+ year old lego. Try as I might to keep all the sets separate and the booklets in good condition, it wasn't meant to be. The grandkids still make lovely things with them, and I am forever picking up missed lego pieces everywhere. I am glad I bought them.

Update on my sister Karen: She is in Rehab and slowly regaining her strength. She gets too come home on the 16th! Thanks for all your prayers as I know she couldn't have survived these last three weeks without y'all continually bringing her to God's attention. He's so good to us! Continued prayers are needed that the TIPS procedure begins to work for her and prayers for a miracle concerning her heart and liver. The doctors has stated that there is nothing more they can do for either.

My oldest Legos are survivors from a house fire, at least twenty years old. But an older figure I had wanted to recover was washed away when my aunt's house was flooded six weeks ago.

I got a bad cold sunday. I think from all the a/c... yuck. long day ahead of me at work. Yesterday was a short day, I came home and took a nap. That was nice. We have a 3 day holiday next week. Other than having to prepare food for it, I am so ready for this break!
