mmmmh temps des fêtes food is the beeessssttttt getting fat just thinking about it i think what is ideal is a potluck i guess, because then everyone gets to participate and everyone brings in the yummies!!

• there is always the classical "ragout" (swedish meatballs or something?) with cranberries and mashed potatoes with gravy
• i also frackin LOVE when my grandparents or aunts would have like, a crystal bowl with After Eights in it, to me it brings such childhood memories!!
• and last but not least, a xmas morning brunch with the ones you loved, what else can i say?! little brioches, melted brie with clementines on mini-bagels, xmas cookies, crispy bacon n' eggs done like you likem, hot chocolates, orange juice mixed with champagne (what's the name of that again?! mimosa i think)

Oh man for me holidays basically = ham, sparkling cider, and mini eclairs.

I need those mini eclairs, they are my life fuel.

Bagels with cream cheese and lox (we have it for breakfast on Christmas every year) Eggnog Mashed potatoes and gravy

pecan pie potato casserole and red sparkling grape juice =^_^=

I love cooking and baking for christmas! Really hard to just decide on three things. ^^

Bumbleberry Pie, a pie with blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, delicious! Red Bean Buns, my mother in law makes this amazing bread and we use it to make the best red bean buns!
Gingerbread Cookies, so spicy and wonderful.

Now I'm hungry and I want to make pie.

Home baked Christmas cookies, Oven roasted honey ham and gingerbread! YUM! :)

1. Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha (even though the Starbucks here tend to run out of the peppermint syrup like all the time xD)

2. Stuffing with real turkey gravy (mmmmmmm)

3. Cooooooookies (specifically delicious buttery shortbread)
