Homemade Twix Graveyard

Base 2/3 cups butter, softened 1/4 cups sugar 1 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour

Filling 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 2 tbsp. light corn syrup 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk vanilla extract

Topping 1 & 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips plus decorations

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350'F (175'C)
• In a medium bowl mix together butter, sugar, and flour until crumby. Press into a 8 inch greased square pan or parchment lined pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
• In a medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a boil and stir it constantly. Bring the temperature down a bit to a low rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir the caramel a bit more while adding several drops of vanilla. Pour evenly over baked crust and allow to cool.
• melt the chocolate chips in microwave on low heat in 15 second intervals, pour evenly over caramel layer. Allow to cool down a bit before beginning the next step. -Decorate with gravestones, bones, and fake blood -- all of which can be purchased at the store or you can make them with white chocolate). I also like to sprinkle crushed oreo cookies around the grave-sites for added dirt-like effect. -cut into squares and enjoy devouring these spooky twix-bar treats.

p.s. you could actually make this yummy treat and it would turn out amazing, it's one of my favorite cookie-candy bar recipes.
