I think it's because Avalanche Emporium isn't a restocking shop anymore - not that it's seasonal. It's a special shop now with unlimited inventory?

Do they leave it open year 'round now? It'd be cool if they did. Still hoping to see Migrating Masks appear as the MB.

No, I think it's still seasonal, but that's not what's keeping it out of the MB. Hopefully Migrating Masks will show up once it opens though!
