I did for like a week :P Sometimes it's nice to hop in to chat when the right sort of people are on. But, I think I mentioned what had happened to you, it really just irked me. So, I'll probably mostly start chatting in the forums. It's a better atmosphere overall, I think.

Yeah you did tell me about that. I'm sorry some people can be so inconsiderate, it's really saddening. Forum chatting is nice, but I do wish it were faster sometimes.

Ugh, I typed out a reply and accidentally closed it haha. Yeah, that's why I like the Shoutbox sometimes. It's like instant gratification lol. I like chat rooms sometimes, but the only time I'm really involved in them is during November with National Novel Writing Month.

I used to get on chat rooms a lot when I was 19. I had a private group chat with friends who all met on the site, and we would get on and talk every night. I was going through a really rough time, so it was nice having people there for me, even if I couldn't see or hear them. But trying them now is a lot different. Mostly just trolls and disgusting dudes. I miss it a lot.

Aw, that sounds nice! I used to chat a lot on Gaia. It's forums like here, but it was faster paced. I keep in touch with 4 of the people from the one forum group! We started a group chat on FB recently. Yeah, it is :/ It sucks. That's why I like that writing one, since it's only NaNo people. People can still be dumb, but I have the power to boot people in my regional chat room haha.

Oh that's good! I'm glad you get to keep in tough with them still. I would have liked to keep in touch with mine, but we all fell apart over something not so good, so I haven't spoken to any of them in years.

I have a way to contact one of them, but I don't want to talk to him at all. I have no idea how to contact the others, unfortunately. Things would be a lot different now, anyway. I don't think I actually miss anyone particularly, just the company and fun times.

Ohh, that makes sense. There's some people from my days of DeviantArt that I think of occasionally and wouldn't know how to contact. It's weird, thinking about that sometimes. Like, you can spend hours talking to people online and they just disappear one day and you might never be able to talk to them again. Whether or not you want to, there just might not be that possibility if you don't know their names outside of the chat or whatever.

Yeah it really is weird to think how close you used to be with people and then you never speak to them again. It's pretty saddening.

Honestly I'm feeling pretty down tonight. It's not been a good evening depression-wise, but I'm going to try to make the best of it. ^_^ How are you?
