I have the level 10 for Matlal, but I can't say I remember how I got it. I think one of the modes is easier than the other to get to a higher level, I think the Zen one is harder to get to a high level?

I think you're right. The timed one seems to give levels and points faster.

I usually go for a pet slot, since technically that is the only other one money can't buy, but I've locked my last one in my invent because right now I have 2 or 3 unused slots. I thought maybe if I got around to it I might also be curious to do a custom overlay on my pet :)

Is a custom overlay only 500 csc though?

Some things I saved - I need to go back and work on the other newer ones but lazy :)
