I think any of the balloons that used to restock in the Lakeside Balloon Hut should work, so most of the ones in the Carnival Prize Shop. I took a few out of my shop and these worked: Black Balloon Angelic Puff Balloon Camouflage Balloon Red Starry Balloon Black Balloon Earrings
