It's part of the fun! xD I like surprises, as long as they are good surprises. One year my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday, and I said, "I like surprises!" So, he yelled in my ear to make me jump and said "surprise!" x.x Not what I had in mind. lol

we finally got the big tree up - just waiting on Mum to get the decorations from the cupboard, but I think she's planning on doing that if me & dad are out tomorrow, as she prefers to not have him lurking wanting to watch the tv while she's busy decorating the tree ;) hehe what does Lucy make of the tree (seeing as she's going to have seen it less than the others)? ;)

it seems to vary - they took ages dealying with the Premium NC item I hadn't received, but at least with the frozen-for-protection accounts, they're faster ;) Yeah, that's forever since they sent her to Iceland.... you'd think they'd at least respond to her ticket! :K And yeah, there's nothing up to date at all on their site - I think once they changed owners and offices previously, they kind of forgot that page even existed, let alone that it needed updating! :P

especially when you realise how close the tree is to the side of the tv (the tree gets pulled out in front of the tv so Mum can decorate it), so having the tv on (let alone dad flicking through the channels) is annoying enough! :P 😮 I'm amazed that Nigel and Baxter haven't learnt to leave the tree alone by now! Or that pet shop just has a wider variety - the garden centre pet department where we got Sid, has fish, but I haven't been there for years ;) Thanks :D And I love the autumnal look of your HA!
