Yes, they are really clever! I had been trying to get crows to come to our ground feeder with mealworms and bits of meat, but the only thing we got was a skunk. D: Naturally I stopped trying after the skunk and just put seeds in it, he doesn't seem to care for those, haha. Okay, thank you for the information! :D Hopefully we will get the skins we want this year. ;) I love your witch HA today, that purple looks lovely. :D Mostly sewing laughs I've got a couple of projects that just need finishing off (and a blog post writing), then I've got a hooded sweatshirt lined up to make ;) I'm going to be good and finish off the current projects first though! ;) I did get some work done on the allotment yesterday (and that waterproof notebook you sent me a couple of years ago is still proving useful!) :D

I love the autumnal look you've got today :D The griffon works brilliantly with it :D Awww at the skunk snaffling the meat :( We'd put peanuts out for the birds before, but the local badger crushed the metal nut feeder to get the peanuts out, so we gave up using nuts after that :K

I think there's some hexagon blankets out there, and as a bonus they're all 'join as you go' ones, so there's no ends to tie in afterwards .... but it would mean we'd need to knit / crochet some regular sized hexagons, and not have them quite so wonky :P Although you could just do it as 'freeform' and make it up as you go - then the wonkiness could be described as being meant to be there :P

Thanks :D I literally just searched for "pumpkin" in the wardrobe, as I thought it needed a little something ;) I'd forgotten all about the bubbles that'd been sat in there for ages 😊 If you get grey squirrels, there's some interesting assault course style things you can rig up to watch them get to the nut feeders ;) (there's a good one linked here) .... I think the crows would be smarter, and figure out a way of getting straight to the end without needing to do the entire course though :P

It is indeed. lol Home now with a meowing Pusur. :) We saw a norwegian kids movie, based off a fairy tale. :) Yesterday was another movie day. blade runner at a 4DX movie theatre... was quite an experience. lol With moving seats, water squirted at us.. scents and so on. First time trying that. it was kinda cool actually. :)

I'm beat. Today we left at 7am. (dad wouldn't listen to me.) it took FOREVER to get to New York, Niagaria falls. We arrived near 6pm. went to eat, walked around a mall and am now in our hotel rooms. This is at a reserve military base so Im in my own room as they don't allow more than 2 adults together. Its been a hell of a day. I'm so beYOND tired.

We went to canada for like an hour or 2? It was POURING and cold but we went on the falls boat ride. We went back to the hotel to change and afterwards we left to go home. We got a call saying that the house sitter hand't seen one of the cats and the day has sucked... We were so worried and upset. the girl finally found him, but we were already driving through Ohio (8pm). Plus still concerned he's not eating. They aren't used to all of us being gone. So basically we'll've had a big 4 day circle with only 2 tours. I'm heart broken. We have a 10 hour drive ahead of us tomorrow. Not in good spirits.

Making any sorts of pants/trousers seems like a small nightmare to me- to get them to fit well cant be easy. Fingers crossed for the sweatshirt. :D You cant have too many of those. 👼

I've made one pair of casual trousers (with elastic & drawstring on the waist), and a couple of pairs of shorts which came out quite well :D But a button on the waistband, and a zip fly sound way too scary for me to even consider laughs

I've got the fabric cut out ready for the sweatshirt, and found the hammer lurking in the back of the cupboard, so I've attached the eyelets for the hood drawstring (after eventually finding an idiot's guide video to show me how to do that, seeing as the instructions on the packaging were.... somewhat basic :P)
