it's always when you get to a complicated part of the project you're working on too :K I might see if I can get it done this afternoon if it's raining (as then we can't do the allotment), as the competition I'm sewing it for ends Sunday next week ;)

Sparky's learnt the ring tone of the home phone.... he's now doing 4 rings of the phone followed by "hello", then another couple of rings, and "hello" in a different style :P

Not much fun today. need to give my flat a hoover and should put on fresh bed llinnens. Should do laundry. :P

Sorry for the mass ping guys. Theres a massive outage here. They are hoping to get internet back up today but it might be another day or two. We have a broken gutter, downed line which we think is phone, two trees fell and unsure about any other damage yet. Thankfully we are safe. But wanted to let you all know. Love ya peeps . just got off with our at&t rep. Weve got plenty of data so i can browse more. They said we'll get a text if we near the end of it but then can call as they are waiving fees for irma victims. What a cute ha xd I dont know when dad wants to work on getting repairs done. We also lost an apple tree.

I'm glad you pinged us. Where in Irma's path were you? It's good that everyone is safe and that the damage wasn't extreme. Good luck dealing with the rest of the storm's aftermath.

yeah I'm not sure if dad has contacted anyone about repairs yet but we are thankful. Atlanta. Lots of downed power, cell towers, trees and internet thingies. We done some clean up already. I need to put one more plant back outside lol but i can nwmext time dog needs out. Oh hot drink and book is love. Hehe paddy is always serving me hot chocolate

Oh! I lived in Georgia for a year or two when I was really young, and I think it was a suburb of Atlanta. It must be a mess down there with all the downed trees and debris. You must have been relieved when the storm passed without hurting your loved ones or your animals. The best hot chocolate is made with Nutella if you like that flavor. c:

i was a nervous wreck lol. The winds were angry and so much falling on the roof. I am thankful its gone and with little loss. Weve called frinds and folks went to those they coulnt reach. Several without power. Theres places hit worse than others and the city is working to get power, cell tiwers and internet back up.

It sounds scary. I can't stand it when everyone is panicking over something together, it makes me too anxious. The last major natural disaster I experienced was Hurricane Sandy. I'm sure you'll all be back on the grid soon. Have you heard from ?

The Nutella version is easy. Simmer milk, stir in Nutella, and add a pinch of salt and another of cinnamon. Top it with unsweetened whipped cream or add Bailey's if you want to make it fun. 😛
