Hello, Darlings. I hope all is well with everyone. Some things in my life are going okayish, other things...not so much. MD started her mess again a few weeks ago--it is on and off, really. There are times when it seems she is back to normal and doing fine, but then she goes back to hollering, howling, talking to herself loudly about things that don't make sense at all, laughing like the demon offspring of a hyena and the Joker....things like that. I'm glad my bedroom is downstairs so that I can simply escape here if she gets really loud. I've tried ignoring her, but it seems to make her want to create MORE disturbances to try to get my attention. I can't do this again, loves. I know it hasn't gotten really bad yet, but....I still have nightmares from time to time because of all the other times. And with the house going up for sale, and other crap, it is more than I want to deal with right now...or ever. I'll stick to ever.

The Aunt/Second Mum of a good friend of my Father's died recently, so we will be going to the funeral on the 23rd. I met the woman last year in NY, she was very nice, and father was quite fond of her, saying she helped him a lot when he first came to the states.

A bit after that....do any of you remember my stepmum? The mum of two of my sisters, my Dad's ex-wife? Her twin sister died. She was on dialysis and was hospitalized recently and now she is gone. I know stepmum is devastated--she was her twin, after all. I didn't always agree with some of the things my Aunt said, but I still had a fondness for her--my Dad even named one of her daughters, and I have met three of her children. Her husband died a few years before and I knew that was something she was still hurting from, after all he was the love of her life. My Dad and I were already planning on going to the Falls again to see everyone, but the feeling is a bit more urgent now.

So....I hope that was short, I know I tend to write.....a lot. If you all don't hear from me for a bit....I'll try to post to say helloness, but I managed to get someone to take my shift on Sunday, and I have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off as well, so Father thought it would be the perfect time to go to the Falls afterwards. My sisters never mentioned when the funeral would be--stepmum and her twin were like....the 3rd or 4th set of twins from their parents--their parents had 14 children in all, so it is a pretty big family. Stepmum is staying with my Sister at the moment....her twin lived in the apartment right next to her, so it is for the best to just stay with her daughter and grandchildren now.

The servants would put torches into the ants' homes and the ants would flee, angry, towards a particular direction. Funny how Matthias was in the middle of the circle of all the Ant hills/mounds.

Thus....Memnon and his people wouldn't technically be the murderers, the angry, chompy ants would.

So sorry for the delayed response. I've had a monstrous week and have only been responding to people here and there when I can. Flops down on a soft luxurious couch. A handsome young man immediately comes and pours a generous amount of white wine and hands the glass over Ok so things I like hmm...I like a lot of different things haha. I like traveling, horseback riding, sports, video games, books, movies, animals, food, drinks...I think you will have to be a little more specific haha!
