Oh yikes! Yeah the flu shot is useless IMO and you run the chance of coming down with flu symptoms anyway when you get the shot. During flu and cold season, I just always make sure to wash my hands before I put anything in my mouth and don't share food with people when they are sick. I hope you are feeling much better today.

It was a lot of fun! I spent two days in Disney then we drove down to San Diego to spend two days with my boyfriend's cousin and his family. It was perfect beach weather so we went to the beach one day and the zoo another day.

Netflix did get rid of a lot of good shows, although they have some good ones as well. I really wish they kept the Grimm show and Doctor Who T_T They have a few nice movies, but a lot of them are....argh. I wonder if it has something to do with the companies that produced the movies? Perhaps they don't want to let them go or something, as the movies on Netflix are kind of.....B,C and so on list.

Did you fly or drive down to SoCal? I'm guessing its about a 12 hour drive and I know its les than a 2 hour flight and pretty inexpensive? 4 days doesn't seem very long at all but you had a lot of fun and that's what's important! Which Zoo? The Wild Animal Park in Escondido or the San Diego Zoo?

Pirates may have been a slight exaggeration (kicks Jolly Roger under bed), the Phoenicians were traders and explorers, I'm sure there was some incidental raiding since their ships seemed to be built for speed but in that part of the world there was no real competition on open water
