work is starting to get ready for the holidays and i have a chronic illness that gets me and then i was just in the hospital last week for an infection that was turning septic but we caught it early

im doing my best to rest! sometimes my body tho is just like "oh you're tired? well guess what? you're gonna be up all night! lmao"

There are herbal teas that can help to relax you to sleep. If your in the states its called, Sleepy time tea extra. I found it, at albertsons and walmart in tea and coffee area. I am sure there are other places I dont know of.

i am in the states! i shall have to go look tomorrow since i get paid tomorrow.

My son was in medical school, he would be so tired and needed to sleep real good. I would make him, a cup leave the bag in. He would drink it, and go to bed swearing he had the best sleep. Maybe stop by an herbal store and see if they know of something better. If so let me know, I would be interested to see what they suggest.

finding an herbal store could be a challenge since i don't have a car. but i'll look some up later
