Just hanging out here with my sick mom. Got Loki all groomed today. I brushed him really well then we went and had his nails trimmed.

There is plenty of blame to go round. This dr I love to death and I haven't made it easy on her for the almost 10 years I've been seeing her. For years she tried to get me to take meds for bp and cholesterol and I just would not and could not take the time away from the necessity of going to work every day. Must say I've become one of the "I don't want to know" people. So meds have not been a part of my life till this past June and I should have been all my adult life hence the reason my kidneys are not happy with me either.

As disgusting as it is sweetie you are doing yourself a favor getting that vile junk out of your lungs and upper respiratory system. Unpleasant I know but I am so glad you are over the worst of it. Hope tomorrow is even better.

I have to do taxes today so won't be here long

1. You can call me Morgan, and the user name I started out on the site with was deadheartsbeat. That was over ten years ago lol.

2. Mostly the events and pets. I've been working on pet stories for a while but I haven't really had the time to sit down and really make them something I want to post. I get on and do the quests/dailies a lot too.

3. I visit a couple times a week, but I do work two jobs and have a lot of stuff going on the side. (I write and draw and get absorbed into too many games so my attention might be kinda lacking some times. But I will try and be as active as I can be. I also take a while to really become talkative and get to know anyone, but I'm trying to stop that. ;; )

4. I'm not part of any other groups right now. And I'm interested in this one because it stood out to me while browsing the fourms. I've been kind of looking for something that will get me back into the site more. : -)

5. I like to draw - mostly animals but I'm trying to learn to draw other things. I like to read and write and rp and stuff like that. Uhh...I really like pokemon and horror.

God is helping to heal you - he makes your body want to expel that sickness, and its working. Might be slow going for you but it will end. Doing OK, still trying to find an easy to swallow multivitamin that is good for senior women - my doc hasn't gotten back to me still and pharmacists don't agree on solid or liquid. Consumer Labs now charges and they have all the info.

It is lousy to be sick a few days round the clock but it will be over. Time to be pampered, once must accept the inevitable seems to be a side effect of living.

Had a very moving experience earlier. Been missing a fruit spoon with a bamboo handle that had belonged to my father. For years I have been blaming myself for throwing it out by mistake BUT I started thinking about a bag that had contained knives that I had put away in the spare room. Don't you know I walked right up to the area the bag was in under a couple of other things and found the bag and the spoon I so wanted to use was in it! This spoon I remember from my childhood and in spite of it's age it looks almost new. Remember packing the bag away in 2002, but not that he spoon was in the bag. Something once lost is now found.

That is awesome that you found the spoon that was lost for so long! I love when that happens. I have killing myself moving stuff around all over my house for the last few days. During all the mayhem I found a picture of my mother in her HS basketball uniform that I put somewhere and then couldn't remember where. It was neat to see it again. Her team were champions. They even beat the boys teams. Thought that was cool. I found another picture of her when she was maybe 8 or 9 in the same stack. Glad I didn't lose them.

Sorry to everyone that's been sick. Hope y'all are feeling better or will be better soon.

Not been online tons lately. Ho hum seasonal winter blues I suppose. Watching tv and doing odds and ends around the house. Glad Celebrity BB is over. It was more boring than the first one. RuPaul's Drag Race all stars 4 ends tonight (it starts my time in a few minutes). I'll be glad when it's over too. Too many "reality" shows are disappointing lately. But still looking forward to Drag Race season 11.

That was a wonderful find. Pictures are so precious as they capture that moment. It's fantastic when a women's team not only are champions but took the guys team down. You know I love it. Reminds me, I found a picture of me when I was little - a toddler talking at my grandmother's dog blocking my stubborn path. Best watch dog, he wouldn't let me put a foot wrong. It was taken in the fall, I even had a warm hat on, sort of like a bonnet only more sturdy material.

I would like to see your pic with the dog. Awww...
