Mornin' KSrs

Woke up way too early (4:30am) but couldn't fall back to sleep so finally just got up. Had 5 to 6 inches of snow on Saturday into Sunday. Did the majority of the shoveling early Sunday afternoon. First real snow fall this season. Yesterday I carried a lot of boxes up from the basement so we could get the decorations put away. Did about half so more to do. My joints are very unhappy with me after the shoveling and then all the kneeling I did in the crawlspace to get the boxes. My joints are going to have to get over it 'cause I gotta do what I gotta do. I wish winter had stayed the way it was going, little accumulation and just above freezing temps. Seems we've truly been hit by winter now. bah.

Hope everyone has been questing and getting tokens for whatever it is you need from the new years shop and hopefully some good event/holiday items. I've gotten a couple books and a food item from Carl that I needed but nothing from any of the other holidays.

I'm sorry you're starting to get hit with the awful cold and snow. :c I have to keep my living room door open slightly at all times, and I'm dreading February because it's notorious for being one of the worst winter months here. January's been so odd, and December too!! I know it's not the best for the environment when things are so out of whack, but I really am having a hard time truly complaining about the warmer-than-usual temps right now.

Those don't actually work anymore. Now it's basically an item to collect. The way to get billboards/impressions is to pay CSC.

I did try to use one last year (or the year before that) and it didn't work.

I wish I could take some of your cold for you! Yesterday was a little too warm in the middle of the day for the time of year it is. I want to keep my sweater weather longer :( I'm hoping temps start to stay a little lower again. Mid-afternoon was like...close to 70F or something, at least it felt like it. Arizona needs to not let go of winter quite yet, but I have heard it said that this year's summer will not be as bad as last year, so I'm happy with that.

Yesterday we went and saw Glass, which was an amazing end to a slightly crappy day xD We had some students try and ditch class because there was a sub, so they got written up...because duh, we notice stuff like that. Glass was awesome, though. James McAvoy's portrayal of DID was absolutely phenomenal! And I was not expecting some of the twists in the end! I want to go see it again, lol.

I want to see Glass. I need to see Split first. Unbreakable was good. lol on the kids trying to get away with stuff. Congrats on your ach! I LOVE sweater weather. Fall is my favorite too. I love snow (because we rarely get any) but I don't want it to last more than a week at a time. We usually get ice. Ice I hate.

Yes!!! Fall is amazing!! It used to be my favorite season until I moved to Arizona xD Now I love Fall and Winter...mostly Winter because Fall is still a little on the warm side of things, so it's like we don't even get that season :(

Hiya KSrs from the frozen wasteland of Ohio. lol

Got hit Saturday by snow/freezing rain, then rain, then more freezing rain and then topped off with 6 inches of snow. Dug out Sunday with the help of a very nice neighbor that was walking our street using his snowblower on the sidewalk. He saw us and the guy across the street shoveling and did both driveways with the snowblower which saved us so much work in the single digit temperature! I had already been shoveling for an hour and a half and hadn't made it off the top of the driveway (had also cleaned off the car and got it open to warm up). Single digits on Monday, but sunny. Some melting in the sun but it all refroze and I had to chip away ice on the car this morning to get in it and get everything working and I used quite a bit of driveway salt so mom could walk to the car safely.

Is winter over yet?

I've watched some big brother UK series but have never gotten into the US ones. I watch a few reality shows but not as many as I used to.

I like the regular people one but this one is celebrities so they are all stuck on themselves more then usual.


I've never watched the UK series is it good?
