Yes, that would actually make sense. A smart smaller dog might have learned that vehicles driving past aren't a threat but still be nervous about a bigger animal actually approaching (walking out your door three houses down could easily be alarming to them). And I would probably also be annoyed by the barking if I was able to hear it all the time.

Glad both dogs were out of the really cold wind and weather.

Ah, now I've found it. As a computer nerdy type I do look for "hidden" hover areas on a profile, but I am moving the mouse randomly and might not have hovered quite long enough in the right place. Also, your comment box is very close in color to your profile background so it is also possible that I just didn't notice it when my eyes were tired. Hopefully, I'll remember where to look for it next time. If not, I can always find you here.

I've tried looking for that for ages (I always try to note the url when I do Subeta things because it's easier for me to change a url than to find some things elsewhere, (having been a computer admin and a software developer, I guess that's just where my comfort zone is). But sending comments via the profile to profile page didn't give me a url to work with. :-)

I really love it that so many Subeta things (like finding missing wishlists) are now so easy to do via url.

Yeah, my comment box is hard to find now that my profile got screwed up.

Yeah it's definitely easier when you can't find the box, some people have cluttered profiles that makes it blend in, or it's hidden by weird CSS voodoo or something. It's nice to have just that link now when you need it.

A few days ago I happened to notice you throwing a snowball and tried to send a quick comment (was going to attempt some hopefully funny or silly remark) but could't find a place to put it and thought it wasn't really important enough for an sMail (or even a forum ping here). I vaguely remember some sort of snow stuff and also a black spikey ball both together and I wondered what sort of snowball you were throwing (or it could have been multiple different snowballs that just happened to hit me close together). If I had know the URL link then, I would definitely have used it. And also would have used it last night to let you know that I found one of your snow fairies still in the Donation Corner and set it free (thank you!).

Pretty good! It's been a bit weird being back after being gone for a few months - I couldn't take all the pings so left most of the CW groups and narrowed things down to just three chat groups (and then one closed so really down to two). It was a bit overwhelming, especially when I can't be on here all the time. Pings were backing up faster than I could look at them. :P The break started out involuntary when our internet crapped out but after nearly 2 months of horrid service where pages wouldn't load, my daily habits just changed.... but couldn't miss Lumi, it's one of my favorite times here. :)

I feel you on the pings, sometimes during big events even just being offline for a few hours can result in so many.

Has your internet gotten better now, or not really? :c

At least you can be around a bit for Luminaire though, it is a pretty nice time on the site. :)

Ya, it's better now thankfully... it was a rough couple of months though. :P It still sucks when it gets really cold but so far the winter has been mild so not too many issues.

Peeks out of reef. RL taking over so only peeking in when I have a few min. Christmas was nice but overwhelming & emotionally challenging. - Oh - that is very interesting. You do have a comment box that shows up left of your HA, but I ignored it since it has one of those please update your account graphics from Photobucket so I just thought it was another undisplayed photo. :-) Also confused because if comments show up on a profile they are always directly under the comment box but your are showing up directly under the Star Trek vs Star Wars video, so I thought that your comment box was somehow hidden under the video by the CSS mixup.

And thank you for the link to the SubetaLodge snowball list - they have so many really useful lists, I really should learn to just look there first for everything (instead of the almost everything I look for there now - LOL). It was an Explosive Snowball that I saw on my HA. Very interesting - I don't remember noticing that one before. And now I see where to find these overlays on SubetaLodge - under the wardrobe tab (no wonder I never noticed them before :-) ) down at the bottom - Seasonal Overlays. Well, now I'll be able to find those when I'm curious - thank you.
